FREEEEE.ext2 is a "live" usb image.
It can be copied to a usb stick then booted on your Eee.
To copy it and overwrite your usb stick run this command, using your usb device for /dev/sdz (see dmesg):
umount /dev/sdz ; dd if=FREEEEE-200811090145.ext2 of=/dev/sdz
To boot from usb stick: power off your Eee. Insert usb stick. On powerup, hold down ESC key to get boot menu and select your usb stick.
